The Atlanta Braves are trading reliever Rafael Soriano to the Tampa Bay Rays for a no-name releiver the Rays got last year in a trade with the Pittsburgh Pirates.
The Braves will get Jesse Chavez. You can see his numbers here. Obviously a cost-cutting move, but the Braves continue to add to the bullpen.
What everyone is really waiting for is who the Braves sign to provide some boost to the batting lineup.
