Home Runs = Hits Allowed
As many of you know, Julio Teheran somehow allowed six home runs in two innings on Sunday. They were the only hits he allowed in the outing (thankfully). As the title suggests, I ran a search trying to find the most home runs allowed in a regular season game where they were the only hits allowed. Four pitchers managed to pull off the feat with five home runs:

I really don’t have any other comment to go with this chart. It was a complete freak occurrence and hopefully nothing of that sort ever happens again to Teheran.
