Casey Kelly lived up to the hype in his first major league appearance, pitching six scoreless innings to lead the Padres to a 3-0 win over the Braves Monday night.  Since 1918, only 120 pitchers have made their MLB debut throwing at least six innings without allowing a run.  Here is the rather lengthy list since 1999:
