The Braves made a small deal with the Astros today according to Brian McTaggert via Twitter.
The Astros have acquired catcher Matt Pagnozzi from Braves in exchange for cash. Pagnozzi will report today and be active for tonight’s game

Pagnozzi was signed as catching depth and played at Gwinnett all season. With the AAA season over the Braves were flush with catchers and the Astros were in need of a warm body to finish the season. The Braves got unspecified cash considerations from the Astros which may be simply traveling and processing expenses.
