Set Your DVR’s, John Smoltz My Most Memorable Game

Major League Baseball legends will recount unforgettable games throughout their careers in MLB Network’s new series My Most Memorable Game.  In the series premiere which aired January 14th, Hall of Famer Cal Ripken Jr. discusses the night he played his 2,131st consecutive game and broke Hall of Famer Lou Gehrig‘s iron-man streak.

In the next episode, former Atlanta Braves pitcher John Smoltz will be featured on January 23rd at 9:00pm ET.

Co-hosted by Bob Costas and Tom Verducci, eight-time All-Star and future Hall Of Famer, Smotlzy discusses his complete game shutout to win Game Seven of the 1991 NLCS.

Others that will be displayed by MLB Network are Cal Ripken, Ozzie SmithBob GibsonJohnny Bench and Tom Glavine.  Glavine will relives his eight shutout innings to clinch Game Six of the 1995 World Series for the Atlanta Braves.  This is scheduled to air February 6th at 9:30pm ET.
