We now have dates for when the 3 Braves players who were taken to arbitration will have their hearings. The Braves, as a file-and-trial team, will not negotiate with these players in an attempt to reach an agreement these dates, so we now have a countdown to look forward to. The most intriguing case, the possibly historic Kimbrel arbitration case is saved for last.

In case you had forgotten, here are the financial figures that were exchanged by the Braves and the various players’ agents, of which the arbitrator will pick a final figure; there will be no compromise.

Freeman filed at $5.75M, Braves $4.50M

Heyward filed at $5.50M, Braves $5.20M
