Atlanta Braves Joey Terdoslavich To Seek New Career

Gwinnett Braves’ outfielder/infielder, Joey Terdoslavich, has been struggling a litte at the plate in 2014…batting only .249/.329/.368 with three home runs, 14 doubles, 19 RBIs and 42 strikeouts…he started off the season hot at the plate but has cooled down since leading to a possible career change.

The 25-year-old had his stint with the Braves in 2013 appearing in 55 games but only hit .214 with the 79 plate appearances he had.  Joey has had a solid minor league career with the Braves since being drafted in the 6th round of the 2010 MLB draft out of California State University Long Beach jumping up a minor league each year.

The Gwinnett Braves are 31-29 for the 2014 season but JoeyT may have a new position.

Terdo’s teammate, Todd Cunningham, tweeted out Saturday afternoon that Joey brought the team some pizza from Dominos.

This has to be one of the good ol’ baseball pranks as Joey Terdoslavich should be in Gwinnett’s lineup tonight against Rochester.

Take a look at Manager Brian Snitker in the background…I’m wondering what the thoughts are going through his head at this time.

From Cunningham’s latest tweet, it sounds like Mark Hamilton had something to do with this….hopefully the boys will play well tonight and we can get more information after the game.
