Lots of changes have occurred in our NL East division since players last laced-’em-up in Octoberokay, September for most of them.  There are teams that are “going for it” and there are teams that … are hard to figure out.

    I will take a look at key additions and subtractions, plus a review of the off-season activities for each NL East team… with their grades, of course.

    All payroll reports come from Cot’s Contracts – not the numbers I would use, but they are useful here in comparing trends from one year to the next.
