A Look Inside Atlanta Braves Spring Training

Atlanta Braves pitchers and catchers reported to camp over a week ago and though many positional players reported early, it was mandatory for the full squad to report this past Wednesday. Full squad practices started on Thursday morning.
If you’ve been inside a cave, let’s catch you up…Melvin B.J. Upton has sesamoiditis in his left foot and will be in a leg cast for two weeks and then a walking boot for 4-6 weeks. Andrelton Simmons had a sore oblique but has been participating in practices lightly.
Spring Training games begin on Wednesday, March 4 when the Braves take on the New York Mets. We are now days away from baseball games!
