There continues to be increasing anticipation that the Braves are entertaining offers for several of their veteran contributors over the next two weeks leading up to the July 31 non-waiver trade deadline.  As a result, this missive is intended to try and determine what kind of team the Braves would be able to field for the rest of the year if any/some/several of these rumors come to pass.

This will not be a guess about “what can we get in return for ________?”  Instead, this will be about what the Braves can do to cope with the loss of most anyone on the roster that has ever been mentioned as a possible trade piece.

Why do so?  Because we’ve already been through this once… and nobody really believes that John Hart is done wheeling and dealing, either.

There’s also another 2-1/2 months of base4ball to be played.
