TomahawkTake Staff Predictions show how wide open some MLB divisions will be in 2016

This is an annual fun feature for us, and it’s time to make our declarations on how the 2016 season will play out… predicting everything from way back here in the safety of April 3rd into the early Fall.

This isn’t so much about who ends up the most right – though we’ll definitely find out when it’s all said and done – but it should give an indication about how much we think things are already ‘decided’ as we get the real games that started today.

Today we’ll look at the divisional races.  Later we’ll look at the playoffs and the major awards.

Who’s in our lineup of prognosticators?

Here’s the map for reading who supplied which predictions, which start on the next page:

  • A – Alan Carpenter
  • B – Ben Chase
  • C – Chris Jervis
  • D – Dan Horton
  • FL – Fletcher Batts
  • FR – Fred Owens
  • JE – Jeff Schafer
  • JO – Josh Brown
  • P – Philip Tapley Jr.

Let’s get started with the chaotic American League…
