Atlanta Braves GAMEDAY!! A Look At Everyone On The Roster At This Point

Braves Baseball = Today!!  We’re Playing Ball Today, Folks

The time has come…baseball is back!~!  The Atlanta Braves first official game is today at 1:05pm ET against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Bartolo Colon is on the hill for the Braves and Casey Lawrence will be starting the game for the Blue Jays.  Atlanta’s starting lineup for today looks very similar to what we’re thinking the opening day lineup will be.

The Braves will send out Freddie Freeman and Ender Inciarte for a lot of their spring training games early so they’re ready for the World Baseball Classic.

Here is Saturday’s lineup for the Braves.

Pretty solid lineup, definitely an improvement over what we’ve seen in the past few years.

No word yet on the pitchers for the Braves after Colon today.  We do know he’ll most likely go two innings on Saturday.

For those looking to watch this game…you can’t.  The Braves first spring training game in 2017 that will be televised will be Wednesday’s game against the New York Yankees.

Before any game is played, the Braves have many guys on the roster.  Currently, the Braves have 59 guys on the roster down in Orlando, Florida…This includes the 40-man roster and the non-roster invitees.  40 names are on the 40-man roster, but that includes Sean Rodriguez and Jacob Lindgren.

To follow the Braves roster moves, we thought to build this table.  As players are cut, sent down, DL’ed, or whatever else, we’ll update this chart.  This should give us a great idea of who we had and where we’re going as we get deep into the 2017 spring training season.
