Steven WhitakerSteven Whitaker

Steven is currently an English teacher, but the first thing you need to know about him is that he is a die hard Braves fan. He grew up watching the Braves' dominance in the 1990's into the 2000's and enjoys a 1-0 pitching duel (Braves winning) better than a 10-9 slugfest. He attended college at Freed-Hardeman University in Tennessee, graduating with his degree in English with a passion for writing. From playing baseball his entire life, he will be able to relate to the mechanics of what goes on on the field, but also will help you enjoy the history that is THE Atlanta Braves. "In baseball, you can't kill the clock. You've got to give the other man his chance. That's why this is the greatest game." -Earl Weaver
