Carlos Zambrano Is Up To Old Tricks, Throws More Punches

facebooktwitterreddit

Remember this? The Atlanta Braves opening day in 2010….Jason Heyward walks to the plate for his first regular season MLB at bat.  If you remember correctly, the pitcher that threw the ball never used again in the field of play, Carlos Zambrano was on the mound for the Cubs.

Then on August 12, 2011, while the Braves were up 8-1 against the Cubs and Chipper Jones batting, Zambrano gets tossed again.

Now, the Braves have had their troubles with Carlos but he’s been quite more the headache for the MLB, the Cubs and Bud Selig.  But personally, I’m getting tired of reliving his troublesome manners on the ball field so I’ll get to why I’m posting about Zambrano.

In Game 3 of the the finals of the Venezuelan winter league, Magallanes triumphed over Caribes by a convincing tally of 11 to 2.  BUT, the final score wasn’t the story folks will be talking about here in the States.  In the sixth-innings benches-cleared that prominently features former MLB hurler Carlos Zambrano.  He led the charge out of the dugout during the brawl after his teammate was hit in the ribs.  Zambro does take out the pitcher who threw the pitch.

If you watch closely, Big Z throws an invisible punch that knocks down a player…it’s actually pretty funny

Also, listen to the stadium music around 3:00 mark – I believe they play the Braves Tomahawk Chop track

Watch the video below of Big Z doing his, well usual antics

If you’re just dying to watch some baseball on this Sunday of no football, NASCAR or MLB…here is the full game.
