Oh, this is gonna be bad… horrible, in fact.  Back on April 1st, we went through the staff and came up with picks for how every team would finish in baseball during 2015. Some of them are so bad that the pickers have gone into hiding.  Nonetheless, we are stand-up guys here, and are willing to take our lumps.  So here’s what we came up with… and the carnage about how it went.

Our scoring system goes with a point for every guess that matches with a team’s proper finishing position.  Ergo, here’s the tally:

  • Alan (me):  1 solitary point
  • Andrew:  2
  • Ben:  2
  • Brandon:  2
  • Fletcher:  1
  • Fred:  3 points
  • Jeff:  1
  • Ryan:  1

Fred wins this round – being the only one that put the Mets as high as second place.

This was quite a bit better… in fact, the group’s consensus nailed the division from top to bottom.

More from Tomahawk Take

  • Alan:  3 points
  • Andrew:  3
  • Ben:  5 points
  • Brandon:  3
  • Fletcher:  1
  • Fred:  5 points
  • Jeff:  3
  • Ryan:  3

Well, we pretty much agreed on these (at least at the top), though most were surprised that the Diamondbacks did that well… and that the Pad-squad… didn’t.  But it only took 3 points to win this round.

  • Alan:  1 point
  • Andrew:  3 points
  • Ben:  2
  • Brandon:  2
  • Fletcher:  1
  • Fred:  1
  • Jeff:  3 points
  • Ryan:  2
