Atlanta Braves Micah Johnson posts hilarious video of the Wackstreet Boys
By Jeff Schafer
While down in Florida rehabbing his injured wrist, Johnson takes an amazing video of the Wackstreet Boys doing a special appearance
It’s not every day the Backstreet…I mean the Wackstreet Boys…appear at the Atlanta Braves training facilities. Luckily Micah Johnson had his phone out to record this special show the boys put on.
Is bleached blonde hair/tips really coming back in style?? I admit it, at one point I wanted my hair to look just like Eminem’s, but that fad went away like 15 years ago, didn’t it? It’s too quick for that to come back in style.
Well, I guess a few of our boys down in Flordia didn’t get that message. From what it sounds like, a few ballplayers are showing up to the clubhouse with this bleached blonde look.
Jackson Pokorney, Matt Rowland, Luis Gamez, Livan Soto and Ryan Schlosser have now been given the group title name the Wackstreet Boys. These five guys will and always should be grouped into this band. Braves fans, let’s never forget this. HAHA…enjoy

Is this a case where the veteran Johnson is hazing the younger kids at the Wide World of Sports complex? Naaa…even Johnson cleared it up on social media and said he’s going to be taking these kids out to dinner for their “great attitudes”.
Next: Who's next up, Lucas Sims or Sean Newcomb?
Side note: since Micah Johnson is in Flordia, it seems as though he’s beginning to rehab. This could be a great sign as the Braves lost him to a wrist injury during Spring Training and is currently on the 60-day DL. He could return around the All-Star break.
