As the bullpen has struggled the last two days, the Atlanta Braves have seemingly lost sight of a tremendous asset at their disposal – the New Kids

The Atlanta Braves have been allowing a bunch of runs, but the rotation has been performing reasonably well. Yet, the same relievers have been trotting out all week to continue these issues. Call It What You Want, but something needs to change when fans are up until 2 in the Morning to watch the Braves do what they’ve done all Summertime.

This week against the Red Sox and Diamondbacks, the same crew that Brian Snitker has been Hangin’ Tough with all season have gone from a strong force to a Dirty Dawg. In every Single one of the Games this week, he turned to his core relievers only to find they Don’t Turn Out the Lights.

Tonight, it’s time to make a change. With most of that core unavailable due to heavy use the last few days, Step by Step, the young arms that were brought up for September can be integrated into the bullpen rotation.

While it’s been fun to see Jonny Venters succeed, and frankly, Jonny, the Atlanta Braves should have Never Let You Go, a guy like Max Fried could give a little lefty Remix to give Venters a breather. Watching Sean Newcomb on the mound has been great this season, and the Dirty Dancing his curve does is ridiculous, but perhaps it’s time to give Kolby Allard the “I Believe In You” vote after a couple rough first MLB appearances.

This offseason, the Atlanta Braves may tell Brad Brach that they will Never Let You Go and If You Go Away, the bullpen just won’t be the same, but for right now, the Please Don’t Go anthems will take a back seat to multiple days in a row of use. Likewise, even though his raw stuff can Blow Your Mind, Dan Winkler needs a break.

Luckily, the Atlanta Braves will soon have the power arms of Arodys Vizcaino and Jose Ramirez, and their dominance before has earned the chance to Try It Again, and perhaps even see Vizzy into his Cover role in the back of the bullpen.

Finally, This One’s For The Children, or at least the rookie arms as it were. Atlanta Braves fans are hoping that we can cheer Forever for guys like Bryse Wilson, Kyle Wright, and guys still in the minors but on the 40-man right now like Luiz Gohara, Chad Sobotka, and even Adam McCreery. They all have The Right Stuff, or the Wright stuff, if you will, on the mound.

Next. Can Newcomb be trusted in October?. dark

We Atlanta Braves fans see these young players the way a young man looks upon a young lady when he asks her, “Be My Girl?” We hope and pray that they will be the future of the organization. It’s time that they’re the “now” of the organization as well. The wear and tear on the rest of the rotation and bullpen essentially requires it!
