Official watch party spot to cheer on the Atlanta Braves at the Battery Atlanta
By John Le
The Battery Atlanta will be the place to be this Thursday and Friday when the Atlanta Braves and Dodgers start the Best-of-5 series
If you haven’t heard by now (then where have you been??), the Atlanta Braves are taking on the Los Angeles Dodgers for the NLDS series in LA starting on Thursday. They’ll play games 1 and 2 there before coming home for game 3 and – if needed – game 4.
While the team is on the road, the Braves are still making sure that fans can have a nice time and place to watch the games. They announced that they will be hosting watch parties at the Battery Atlanta for these games and loaded up things to do along with the socializing and bar.
Mark Owens from Sports Radio 92.9/The Game laid out a list in a tweet of the many festivities to do if you come out and hang with other Braves fans on Thursday and Friday:

Also Mark, himself, will be playing games and giving away prizes. This includes one fan being selected to win a pair of tickets to Game 3 on Sunday at the park.
With this comes food and drink options along with the other bars and restaurants around the Battery.
The Braves Clubhouse Store will be open till 10 PM so fans can shop some merch, including the new postseason gear. Whether you come to the event or not, keep an eye on the @BravesRetail Twitter and Instagram accounts for potential giveaways.
The main attraction, the baseball game, itself, will be shown on the Georgia Power Pavilion video board.

Other Atlanta media groups will be there including 680 The Fan doing their thing. They’ll be doing their pre-game show live at the party to kick it off.
As Thursday comes nearer, other places like local bars will probably announce that they’ll be having watch parties of their own but if you want the biggest one, it will definitely be down at the Battery Atlanta.
Parking for the watch parties is free in the Red, Green and Purple parking decks for four hours.
The Braves and Dodgers begin the series on Thursday at 8:30 PM ET with Mike Foltynewicz taking the mound for Atlanta.
