With exactly nine Spring Training games completed, it’s a good time to examine which Atlanta Braves players are currently performing the best.

There has been a consistent blend of different players over the past few weeks, but who has stood out the most amongst the pack for the Atlanta Braves?

With the constant shuffle of batting orders and starting lineups, it can be hard for Major League players to really put up any kind of sizable stats during Spring Training. As we’ve seen since Spring began, manager Brian Snitker likes to play a hefty assortment of young guys during these exhibition games.

But now that the Braves have hit the nine-game mark, there have been enough at-bats to go around that a somewhat astute analysis can be accomplished when looking at how the team has performed.

Overall, the Braves have played pretty darn well considering that six different pitchers have dealt with some sort of arm ailment. The offense has had some real productive spurts as well, as on Sunday when the Braves bats broke out with five home runs in a win over the Miami Marlins – concluded in walk-off fashion by none other than … Andres Blanco!

Don’t you love Spring Training?

For the players, Spring Training is a time for hitters to get their timing down and pitchers to get their arms stretched out — simple as that.

Now don’t get me wrong, there are several young players all across the league that are giving all they got to try and make a roster spot for the upcoming season.

But a majority of players are using this time to work on their game and make the needed adjustments to get ready for the regular season, as once the season starts there isn’t time for such things.

Knowing all of this, you also know that we here at Tomahawk Take will analyze anything, so why not evaluate Spring Training?

That’s exactly what this piece is going to do. We are going to look at the three best Braves players in Spring Training so far.

So let’s see who they are…
