With plenty of time to kill during the MLB hiatus, we look at the rating for each Atlanta Braves player on the video game, MLB The Show 20.

While the Atlanta Braves and Major League Baseball are on hold, a lot of baseball fans — like myself — are looking for other ways to fill the void.

This past weekend I went out and bought a Playstation 4 and MLB The Show 20 to do just that.

I’ve been wanting to buy this game for years as I hear baseball fans rave about it. The suspension of the season finally gave me that added motivation to pull the trigger.

And boy has it been worth it so far. I’m not a video game expert by any means, but this is by far the best sports game I’ve played since the early additions of NCAA Football (rest in peace).

I won’t go into too much detail on the game as I’m still learning a lot myself, but I wanted to go over the ratings for some of the Braves players and see if The Show got it right.

One great thing about the game that I’m seeing early on is that the big three from the Braves rotation in the 90s is heavily highlighted.

In one of my first reward packs, I was able to choose between Tom Glavine, Greg Maddux, and John Smoltz. It was a difficult decision, but in the end, I went with Maddux.

However, it seems like Smoltz would have been the wiser choice for success in the game as I’m getting killed by other teams who took Smoltz.

But let’s jump into each player card for the Braves and how they have them rated.
