The offseason is going along at a pace many of us expected, but let’s take a look at players from each team the Atlanta Braves could look to trade for when trades start to pick up.

Fresh off of winning another NL East division title, and coming within just a few outs of making it to the World Series, the Atlanta Braves do not have many holes to fill.

Indeed, the Atlanta Braves are in a spot that about 20 to 25 other clubs should be envious of at this time in the offseason.

The Braves have the 2020 NL MVP coming back in the middle of his prime. They have the de facto ace hopefully coming back full strength and healthy, along with many youthful talents ready to come back and improve their game.

To add to that, the Atlanta Braves should have a good amount of money to disperse around at the way they most desire.

However, as we all know, Covid implications will hurt every team in some form or fashion. I do not believe anyone knows truly what to expect over the next few months.

A good sign for the Atlanta Braves and the teams’ fans though, is they seem to still have every intent of paying players as evidenced by the teams signing of Drew Smyly to a 1 year, $11 million deal, which was obviously way above what every pundit around the league said he was going to earn. That should be good news for all of baseball.

For this project though, we are going to look at three players from every single NL East team that the Atlanta Braves could possibly look to add via a trade over the next few months.

While some names on this list are great players and will excite many of you, do not expect every player to be named be a superstar or even a household name. It simply does not work that way.

So let’s get started with our division rivals and let me go ahead and say….these were possibly the toughest to gauge as it is extremely likely that these teams would deal with each other, but for the sake of the project…we had to attempt.
